For over a decade, I was the founder and creative director of a successful jewellery design company in South Africa. It was a deeply creative and a deeply human business, one built on understanding people, translating emotion into form, and making things that mattered.

I scaled the brand from a local studio into an internationally recognised name, all while staying close to the craft. That journey taught me how to design with both heart and strategy - balancing aesthetics with real business outcomes, and always keeping the client or user at the center.

That same mindset now guides my work in product design. Designing products that feel as good as they look is a guiding principle. I care about detail, clarity, and making products that are both useful and beautiful. Empathy and curiosity lead every project I take on, and I never shied away from the steep learning curves that come with entering new territory.

While new to the digital space, I bring 11 years of hands-on leadership, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build something meaningful from the ground up. Staying steady under pressure, working with care, and creating momentum through consistent effort are what continue to shape my growth.

Now, I’m looking for a product design role - with a focus on UI - where learning is encouraged, ideas are valued, and great design is seen as a shared responsibility. I’m especially drawn to teams that think differently, get excited about their work, and are committed to making products that improve lives and feel considered in every detail.
